Vinyasa Yoga


Many weight lifters shun the thought of performing yoga feeling it is just for pussies.  As you spend some time in the iron game you continue to learn a few things such as the importance of balance and flexibility.  The vital roles they play in your workout longevity and avoidance of injuries can not be underestimated.

There are many different types of yoga to do but the best type for the workout enthusiasts seems to be Vinyasa since it includes movements with a variety of poses.   Strangely enough this is the most popular style of yoga utilized here in the states by exercise goers.

Just like a personal trainer or strength lifting coach a Vinyasa instructor will have their own unique way of doing things. So it is always a good idea to try several class instructor or if you are fortunate enough hire one to work with you individually.
